Back for 2025…. Cherry On Tops much sought after Cake and Cupcake Classes
With over 13 years knowledge and experience in the cake world, Claire will talk you through and demonstrate all the stages you need to create your own beautiful cakes.
Located in our new bespoke built studio in Markinch, Fife, Scotland.
Claire can offer Private and Group cake classes for up to 8 people.

The Small Print
Location: Balbirnie Gamekeepers Cottage, StobCross Road, Markinch, Fife KY7 6JU (!!do not use postcode for location, enter “Cherry On Top” into maps). Parking is available upon a private driveway, please be mindful of turning and manoeuvring.
Group Classes: Minimum of 4 attendees must have booked to allow class to proceed.
Toilet: Toilet facilities are not located within the studio, but are within the main house, less than a one minute walk away. Access to these will be through a side door.
Access Restrictions: Access to the studio is via a small step. There is also 4 steps down via the paved path. A flatter stone-chipped driveway which can be used for non step access is available, but it is uneven. The studio does have limited space. Please make Claire aware of any considerations that have to be made. Please note above in regards to toilet facilities. There is also limited seating available and the classes will by in large be standing for the duration.
Age Restrictions: Children between the ages of 12 and 16 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a full paying adult. Children and adults are priced at the same rate.
Refunds & Change of Date: Should Claire have to change class dates for whatever reason, you will be informed as soon as possible and a change of date will be offered, if this does not suit, a refund will be offered. In the event you, the customer are not able to attend, Claire will endeavour to sell your space on, however should this not be possible and cancellation is within 14 days, full payment will still be held.
Dietary Requirements: Whilst we appreciate not everyone can tolerate certain ingredients and some suffer from certain allergies, we regret we can only offer Gluten Free sponges as an alternative at cake classes and a supplement will incur. However please note, gluten will be present within the class. We regret we can not cater for nut, dairy, soya free within classes.
