Creating your perfect wedding cake couldn’t be easier. Claire will guide you through every stage of your wedding cake journey.
Using buttercream or ganache, Cherry On Top can offer a selection of naked, semi-naked, tall and elegant, clean and sharp, rustic and simple, textured or colourful stacked or separated wedding cakes.
With the use of stencils, buttercream combs, dried, faux, sugar or fresh flowers your wedding cake will simply be the most memorable cake you will ever have and wow all your wedding guests not just in design, but in taste.

Booking My Wedding Cake
When Should I Book My Wedding Cake?
Great Question! One we get asked all the time, and we strongly recommend as soon as you have your date and venue booked, you should start to enquire with your favourite suppliers to check their availability.
Samples
Can we sample your cakes?
Absolutely! A wide selection of flavours are available. There is a charge of £22.00 per tasting box, which contains a selection of 6 Cherry On Top favourites. This box is available for collection, or postal for a £6.50 additional charge. These are available at selected dates which will be posted on Social Media, or Contact Claire to be notified.
Securing Our Date
How do we secure our date?
A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your wedding date. This secures only the date, not the design or flavours of your wedding cake, those details are be pulled together at a later date.
Final Details
When do you need to know our final numbers and details?
We like to have your final wedding cake design and final details signed off 2 months prior to your wedding date. This allows you to relax knowing your wedding cake is all arranged. Of course, we have complete flexibility until 2 weeks prior when final payment is required.
Delivery / Collection
Do you deliver our wedding cake or do we collect?
Yes, absolutely! Cherry On Top will deliver your wedding cake on the morning of your wedding day. We would strongly advise against collecting your wedding cake, as we can not take responsibility once your cake has left the studio.
Minimum Spend
During peak periods; April, July, August & October school term (Fife) breaks, there is a minimum order of £500.00; this can include stand hire, sugar flowers, wedding favours, additional dietary cupcakes & dessert tables.
Dietary Requirements / Allergens
We require special dietary cakes and have allergen requests, can you accommodate?
Cherry On Top are willing to accommodate for certain dietary requirements / allergens, however, please note our studio kitchen works with a wide range of ingredients and therefore can not guarantee your cake will be free from that particular ingredient.
We do not offer vegan, egg or dairy free cakes, but have devised specific cupcake recipes for these requirements.
